Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 417.
 Boy Scout Troop 417 is based in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
We currently have about 26 active scouts and a core group of active adults in our troop! Our boys range in age from 11 to 17 years old and generally live in Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Meetings are Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm.
This troop was chartered in 2005 by St. Ann's Catholic Church. The Church provides us with a place to meet and hold events, and store our supplies. In addition the church provides transportation (van) for camps and some financial support. In return we get involved in church activities and help with community outreach projects such as Habitat for Humanity houses. Also, one of our Eagle projects was to cleanup and enhance a nature trail behind the education building.
This website provides general information about our troop. Registered scouts, parents and leaders have a username and password that provides access to "members only" sections of the website including a member directory, online registration for events, forums and discussion boards.
